Person left trello board and profile is grayed out, is there a way to remove them completely?

This person was added as a member, not an admin, but has left the board recently. I was trying to prevent their profile from showing up at all on the board as it is a little annoying to look at. Any advice?

Have you tried to remove that account by admin role?
