I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with Trello for the past two days, and I’m currently unable to work properly.
I continuously receive messages such as:
“You are disconnected from Trello” and
“We’re having trouble loading this board. Check your connection and try again.”
This happens on all my boards, and they do not load at all.
What I’ve already tried:
Verified that my internet connection is stable (I can use all other websites and tools without issues)
Reloaded the page multiple times
Logged out and back in
Tried different browsers (Chrome and Safari)
Tried accessing Trello on my phone as well
Same issue occurs everywhere
Unfortunately, the problem persists across all devices and browsers.
This is quite critical for me, as Trello is where I store and manage all my leads and keep track of all ongoing communication in my business. Being locked out for multiple days is severely impacting my work.
Could you please help me investigate what’s causing this and how it can be resolved as soon as possible?
