Permissions For Admin & Members - How To Set With This Example

I have a bunch of techs in the field. I want to have them JUST comment, fill in custom field boxes and change labels, not change the card in a list. Too many times they are clicking around and screwing up the card. Is there a permissions setting that will allow me to do this for an ENTIRE BOARD of lists?

The lintra board permissions you described is not available on Trello.
