Hi. I wonder if it is possible to charge payment for the Power Up`s that our employees buy`s, to the card that we pay for Trello?

You would need to discuss this with the support team for the Power-Up(s) you're purchasing. These payments do not go to Atlassian, but rather, the developer of the Power-Up(s) you're using.
