PayPal Method ?

Hi there.

I want to update to PRemium version, but no way to use my PayPal account to pay.
According to support pages, I am supposed to go to http://admin.atlassian.com/billing and From the side navigation, select Payment method, but I can't find any "Payment method"...
Any idea ?

Only major credit cards are accepted.

Really ?! That is not what is written on your help documentation with mention of PayPal (https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-payment-methods/)
