Pasting a large piece of text in Trello app on macOS is very slow

Hi,

I started using the Trello app for macOS a while ago (I'm on High Sierra). Overall I love the app, but pasting a longer piece of text from somewhere into a card sometimes takes more than twenty seconds (without any indication that something's going on).

Is this normal? Or is this a (known) bug?

Hmm, that's interesting! Could you please contact us here trello.com/contact and provide a bit more information on that so we can troubleshoot this with you? If you could please give us access to your account while submitting the request, we'd be able to better look into this. Also, please let us know which app version you're working in, as well as your software's version.
