Hello, I can not receive any email from Atlassian to reset my password of another account. But the inquiry requires to login to ask the question. Could you please help?

Hi @Minchen Lin ,

If you’re not receiving Atlassian password reset emails and can’t log in:

  1. Check Spam/Junk – Ensure emails aren’t being filtered.
  2. Review Email Filters – Make sure emails aren’t redirected or deleted.
  3. Whitelist Atlassian Emails – Add no-reply@atlassian.com to safe senders.
  4. Check with IT – If using a work email, ensure Atlassian isn’t blocked.
  5. Try Another Email – See if a different email receives messages.
  6. Use Atlassian Support – Visit Atlassian Support under "Can’t log in?"
  7. Check Community Forums – Look for similar issues on the Atlassian Community.

If the issue persists, contacting Atlassian Support is the best option.
