Particular Notification Help

Hi all,

I member of my Trello board is not receiving notifications when tagged with @(their username). They are a member of the board but not of the individual cards. Is there a way to start receiving updates when tagged without being a member of the card and having to get all notifications?

Hey Abby,

There could be a couple of things going on here, so here are the top few scenarios to check for:

1. Is the correct username being used when trying to tag/notify them?

2. Are they watching the board or list or card? Watching cards, lists, and boards 

3. Have they checked to see if their problem could be resolved by one of these common situations? Notifications aren't working
