Parei de receber notificações no Trello

Oi! Já vai fazer uns dias que notamos isso, achávamos que era algum bug do aplicativo e que atualizando voltaria, mas ainda assim não voltou. 

E a notificação de todo mundo da equipe fica ativa. Já tentamos de tudo e não conseguimos falar diretamente com o suporte, ele nos manda fazer uma postagem aqui na comunidade.

Like, the best bet here would be to reach out to Atlassian Support but before that, you could maybe start free trial for Trello Premium > this will give you the option to raise a ticket directly to the official support team, and they can take a look at your account. 👀

Potentially, you could try using this channel Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing to at least get to an AI-agent. From there, you could try explaining your problem and see if the bot can check the status of your account/email.
Still, I wouldn't use this to raise a ticket as it's not a channel for technical issues.
