Package Tracking Power Up Not working for one user.

Package Tracker Power-Up fails only for one Trello user account. It works for another account on the same board, same computer, and same browser. It also fails for the affected user on a brand-new board. The modal opens, tracking number and carrier are accepted, Track button turns blue, but clicking Track does nothing. Console error: “Power-Up unhandled error responding to request for attach-to-card” and “TypeError: Cannot destructure property ‘url’ of ‘r’ as it is undefined at attach-to-card.”

Hey Terry!

I would recommend having the user try the below suggestions:

• Log out of Trello, log back in, try again. 
• Clear Browser Cache, close browser, open browser, and try again. 
• They can also try opening an incognito browser, logging in, and try again.

The issue seems to be with the user as you stated everyone else is not having this issue. Also it seems like the user has the correct permissions as they are able to get pretty far into it.
