We are using Premium Previously and now it on free subscription. Im on of the admins on the Private board but i can't open it. Already did the steps Clear Cache and Cookies but it still wont let me go through. Previous boards are missing and i cant find it.

Hey Jackie. In most cases, this happens when you're logged into a different account. Please try checking your inboxes for emails from Trello to confirm which account you used to create the boards.

If you are unable to locate the boards, please post the board link here and I'll be happy to take a closer look. 

  1. Go to Trello.com
  2. Open the board that shows the private board message
  3. Copy the link displayed in the browser when viewing the board
  4.  Paste the board link here
