Owner account deleted due to inactivity, cant enter workspace now

My wife opened a board a couple of years ago where we both worked in. My wife has been inactive for a lot of years currently, I did use the trello app/board constantly though. Now my wife's account has been deleted and I cant enter the board. I cant login to my wife's account again (probably because it was deleted). How can I re-enter the board and become the owner of the board? A lot of notes are in there that I dont want to loose.
