Overview lists

Hello,

I am using Trello, I am using it to maintain an overview of all problems.

I have 20 workspaces with the same layout (lists).

The problem is that some problems are overlooked.

Is it possible to have every week an email with this information:

The cards that are in the 'URGENT' list of all my workspaces?

Hi Robin! Welcome to Trello community!

If I understand correctly you have about 20 Workspaces and they have similar boards within each one of them.

It's not currently possible to get a weekly report for all of your Workspaces. What you can do is create a automation report for each board with the cards that are on the Urgent list.

The downside is that you need to create a report for each board you need. You can find more details of how to create automation reports for a board here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-reports-with-butler/
