Outlook calendar integration requires admin authorization

Hi! I have a question. When I try to connect Outlook Calendar to Trello using my account, I am asked to get authorization from the administrator.

I have asked the colleagues responsible for the administration of the organization I work for — the same organization through which I created my Trello account — to check their emails, but they have not received or found any authorization request.

I need to know which email address the authorization request was sent to, so that we can follow up and complete the integration.

How can I do that?

Hello @Enrico Sabatini

If you are connecting Outlook Calendar to Trello Planner, the approval request is handled entirely on the Microsoft/Entra ID side, not within Trello. Your IT admin should check Microsoft Entra admin center> Enterprise apps> Admin consent requests > My Pending directly, as these requests only route to designated consent reviewers rather than appearing in every admin's email inbox.

Alternatively, if you are just syncing a standard Trello board Calendar view via an iCalendar URL (Subscribe from web), that flow bypasses OAuth entirely and won't require any admin approval.

Best,

Arkadiusz 🤠☀️
