Hi. I have received an email frm Atlassian indicating that my Workspace has been deleted due to inactivity. Yet, if I log into my Trello account, the workspace and all its boards are still there. I looked at the email address from which the email has been sent and it is this one:
which looks funny, as Atlassian is a .com site, not .net.
What should I do about it? Does this mean that my account and boards are about to be deleted? And if so, what can I do to avoid that?
Thanks
Hello, Marco
Welcome to the community
Can you share a screenshot of this email?
I've looked into it and can assure you that the email you received is totally legit! Atlassian uses the email address noreply@po.atlassian.net for this and some other types of notifications.

Hi Alisson,
Thanks for the reply. Here's the screenshot.
Again, I am buffled by the fact that in Spanish, it says the organisation has already been erased, but I can still enter my organisation in Trello and see all my boards (screen grab also attached).
Any idea of what I should do? I am somewhat afraid they might have jumped the gun with the email, but that they will eventually erase my account (or organisation, with all its boards).
Thanks

Hey, Marco
Thanks for the screenshot
This email is regarding your Atlassian site, which contained a Jira instance "http://marco-s-workspace.atlassian.net/". This is part of one of the limitations of Jira free accounts: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/limitations-in-jira-cloud-free-plans-1097175877.html Trello Workspaces are not part of this policy and are still active! Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey Alisson, thanks a lot for clarifying. These systems where one account manages several App/feature options always confuse me. I have never used Jira and it isnot for me, but I did activate it once just to check it out after I was prompted to do so by one of the messages I got either while using Trello or from a marketing email. I am not worried that that workspace has been deleted, as long as my workspace in Trello (which, has the same name - hence the confusion) is not affected.
All the best, Marco
