Opening attachments from Trello cards - issue

Hi guys,

I am getting the following message a lot of the time when trying to open an attachment from a Trello card - 

We can't open "filepath" - It's possible that the file is already open, or you don't have permission to open it".

I definitely have permission, and the file is not already open. Any ideas? (please note this happens with some cards and not others).

Hi @RED Systems - what file types are the attachments you're trying to open?

Hi Alex, thanks for getting back to me. 

The attachments are pretty much all .msg files (we drag emails from outlook onto the trello card as an attachment)

Hi George, how large are these files? If you're adding files larger than 10MB to your boards in your free Workspace, this will not work. 

Are you getting any error messages when you try to upload files? 

Are you having issues uploading a file, or opening it? If it's the latter, it sounds like these files may be corrupted or be running into some issues in the file itself, not Trello.
