Open up a card automatically when adding a card

Hello Trello community,

Is there an option to automatically open up the detailed view of a card when you press "add a card?

Currently I can only open up a card AFTER I add the card, i.e. I need to click on the card again or hover over the card and press enter again.

I know there is also the option of pressing “shift + enter” while submitting a card which will open it immediately after creating it.

But I would like the option to get taken immediately to the detailed card view when press "add card". That is, to see the detailed card view window pop up immediately when adding a card.

Any advice would be appreciated!

At present, it is not possible.

You need to manually open the detailed card view.

Do you know if there are any butler actions that can make this happen?

Unfortunately, because the base Butler rule is 'when a card is added to the board' you would have to add the card to the board before you could run anything on it, and even then, there's nothing within 'rules' that would allow you to open the card straight away.
