Open to the public for comment

Hello, I want to set up my board to allow the public to comment (they don’t need to register as Trello members and they can still reply)

I saw it seems to be able to do this, but I don’t know where I can set this function.

You can’t comment on Trello boards unless you have a Trello account though.
