I am experiencing a one-way sync issue where updates made on the Android app are not reflecting on the desktop version. When I add comments on the Android app they do not appear online. When I add comments on the desktop version, they do appear on the Android app. Could you please investigate why my mobile edits are failing to communicate back to the desktop platform?

Already done that, and just started using on a new phone with recently installed app, still same issue.
