One the members on our premium account has 2 profiles. They seem to both be associated with a single email and password. One profile is @firstname and the other is @firstname1. We are not sure how this happened. @firstname shows up as a part of my shared workspace. @firstname1 shows up as a single board guest but it seems she has all the features available to her on premium. All her content from March 2026 forward is in the guest one. If I try to add her guest profile to my shared workspace I will need to pay for another license. We'd like to somehow merge the 2 profiles. Is that possible?
