One of the people I invited to the Trello for first time cannot access the platform.

One of the people I invited to the Trello for first time cannot access the platform.

I see icon of invited person on the board in list of guests but the icon is grey and person confirmed that she was requested to provide reason why want to access the Trello and since then cannot access the board.

I am trying to understand how to move forward.

Hello Sal yes indeed I decided to look for support here as I was not getting reply for longer time thru tech support. Now ticket is in progress so thank you very much.
