One drive link files will not open on other team members machines

Created a new team, with some new users.

Uploaded some onedrive linked files.

Other users did not have one drive so opened a new account, when they click on the trello link to the one drive file they get a message something like the file is not authorized or the time has expired. 

I can see the file at my end.

Any bright ideas
