One card bounces to the wrong list, no matter how many times I reinsert it to the correct one. Why?

The card is in a board with many others in the same format. I created it in one list and moved it to another, when tasks were complete. Any time I go back in to Trello, it reappears in the original list. I slide it over to the completed list. Then it goes back. I go into the card and manually select the option to move it to the correct list. Then it goes back. It is the only card in all of my boards that does this. Seems like a glitch. Please advise.

@Amanda_Schneider can you post a screencast using loom.com that shows the behaviour, including the board menu's activity feed?
