One board cannot copy cards to another board

We have multiple accounts that copy cards to other boards with no problem. One stopped doing this...is there a way to check or restore? Not sure how to fix this.

Hi Robert, welcome to the Community! 

Are you perhaps copying cards from a board in your personal Workspace to a board in an Enterprise Workspace or vice versa? If a board is part of an Enterprise Workspace, the board and its lists/cards can't be moved or copied outside of the Enterprise. Board guests can only move/copy lists and cards within the same board.

Boards, lists, and cards in Enterprise Workspaces can only be copied or moved to other Enterprise Workspaces.
