On one of our boards the butler rules are not showing up from one computer

When a team member opens his board and opens butler the rules are not showing up to enable. When I open his board from my computer the rules are there and enabled. The rules that should be enabled are not working on this board.

I think the rules are owned by the person, not the board - so you see the rules when you open the board (because they are your rules).  You can use command libraries to share the rules, but it sounds like you are trying to figure out why the rules are not working - which is separate from why he doesn't see them.
