Offline functions

Hi!

I have been suggested to try Trello app, but I have a very important question to answer before investing time in learning to use a new app and merge my data to it.

Are all the Trello functions and cards working offline? Are they automatically stored locally on each device? For example, if I make a list, or take pictures on a card, then sync it while online, will I be able to retrieve all of it on my phone when offline? This would be critical for me, as I don't have a data plan, and connect only through wifi, which is not always available...
