Welcome to the Community! @Vero Rivas is correct, Trello has made their Apps offline available from 2017 onwards so this should work a treat for your iPad 😃

Not sure what you mean by offline 🤔 - but maybe Trello App would be a good opportunity?! An offline support for Trello does not work anywhere (which would mean imho self-hosting)
