I have previously received email notifications form Trello but not for months now. I have instant email notifications turned on and have due date notifications ticked.
Hi @Nicola Hacker, before anything else, send yourself a test from trello.com/test_notifications. That single step splits the problem in two.
If the test email lands, delivery is fine and the cause is almost certainly Trello's own logic: it won't send the email if you've already seen the notification in the app. Even on Instant there's a few-minute gap, and if you're in Trello on web or mobile during that window, it marks the notification read and skips the email. People who keep Trello open most of the day quietly stop getting emails for exactly this reason. For due dates there are also two extra conditions: the card needs a due-date reminder set, and you need to be a member of the card or watching the card, list or board, otherwise no due-date notification is generated at all. The full breakdown is here: Notifications are not working
If the test email never arrives, it's delivery rather than settings. Check spam, add do-not-reply@trello.com and noreply@am.atlassian.com to your contacts, and on a work domain ask IT to allow those senders. If it still doesn't come through, your address is likely on Atlassian's suppression list after a bounce somewhere in the last few months, which fits your timing, and only Trello support can clear that.
