what can I do if in the settings my notifications are on from Trello, as well as in the application with all my chosen preferences but I am still not receiving notifications Via mobile and email?

I've taken a look at your account and can see that you have received and opened our email notifications. Can you please confirm this on your side?
As for mobile notifications, please ensure you are watching the board/card/list in question and configured notification settings in the app.
