Not receiving Trello password recovery email after reactivating account

I have a Trello account using our company's domain email. However, that email account was deactivated, and the user tried several times to send the Trello password recovery email to it, but it never arrived in the inbox.
Later, I reactivated the email account in order to recover the Trello password.
However, the password recovery email still doesn't arrive at all.
Can someone help me?

Hey, @Marcos Borges !

You're on the right track, but it's possible that Atlassian mailing servers blocked the address after so many failed attempts at sending the recovery message.

I'll need the reactivated email address to verify this, but I'd rather we don't post any of your personally identifiable information here, since it's a public forum. So I'll raise a ticket on your behalf instead and communicate through there, OK? You'll receive a message with the ticket link on the email for the account you're logged on right now.
