Comments/communications are not loading in my boards.
I have already logged out and login to incognito but same results.
Any advice on this?

I got concern, as one of my client also uses free version and his Trello is working as it is.
So thought may be my account is having issue.

That is how it can look during a broader outage. Some customers may continue working without any issues, while others are affected.
You cannot really predict or choose who will be affected and who will not.
