Please help! I’ve checked all my notifications and they are enabled. I am not receiving due date notifications on desktop or iphone

Can you check the frequency you have selected in the notification settings? Also, do you receive other notifications besides the due date one?
You mentioned you are not receiving notifications on iPhone and desktop. Are you referring to email notifications or the notification that you see on the top of the bell icon inside Trello?
