Not getting notifications when member mentions my name

Not getting notifications when member mentions my name

I'm not getting notifications when some members tag me on the cards. And when new comment added to the cards that I'm a member, the red bell thing won't appear as it usually do.

Have you disabled desktop notifications?

No I can see desktop notifications pop up. But the thing is I don't see the mentions and things happen when I'm not available.
