Not able to add new members free plan

Hello, i need assistance on a issue regarding the member-limit of the free plan
Today i have 7 members in my Trello, but when i try to add a new one, it says i reached the limit of 10 members, how can i solve this issue?

Hi there! The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, so while there may be fewer than 10 members on the board that you're a member of within that Workspace, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.

So, im a member of the board, not the entire workspace, that means if the admin has another board inside the workspace with more collaborators, we reached the limit?
