Not Syncing

We have alot of issues cards are disappearing, that hold important information with boys jobs they are out on and its not syncing.

Can you please elaborate? When you say they're "not syncing," are different users seeing different versions of the board?

Do the missing cards appear in the board's Archived Items or Activity log?

When did you first notice this issue?

Is this happening for all users or only some members of your Workspace?

hi, the cards are disappearing completely off all trellos associated with the business, noticed a couple of days ago the cards that are staying arent syncing to other boards in our trello
