I am not receiving any emails from Atlassian, although other employees at my company are receiving them without any issues.
This affects all Atlassian emails, including account verification emails, password reset emails, and any other automated emails.
I have already:
Checked my spam and junk folders.
Searched my entire mailbox for Atlassian emails.
Confirmed that my Atlassian account email address is correct.
Verified with my colleagues that they are receiving Atlassian emails normally.
Could you please check whether my email address has been placed on a suppression list, blocked, or if there is any issue preventing emails from being sent to my account?

Can you just quickly check if this will send an email: https://trello.com/test_notifications? Note that you need to be able to log in to your Trello account to actually open this. 👀
Potentially your email address is on Atlassians suppression list for some reason. What you could do is to navigate to this channel Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Your Account > Log in issues and select "Need more help?" at the bottom right part of the screen. 👈
You'll probably land with an AI chatbot there where you can put this question/issue in, and there should also be "Submit a support request" button at the bottom part of the screen to proceed with submitting an actual ticket.
Once you open a ticket, their team should be able to assist you.
