Non team members with permission to move cards and upload archives are charged in business class?

Hi! I am considering your business class and I understand the "observer" mode, but in my free account I constantly add different people that are not team members to some cards and I want them to be able to upload archives and move cards. Does it mean in "Business class" these members would be charged as team members?

Hi Arantxa

When you have a Business Class team, you're charged for each member of that team.  

Any member that is added directly to the board, whether they're a normal member (will show as non-team member) or observer, there's not a charge for those.

Any non-team member added to the board will still be able to contribute fully, meaning moving, editing archiving, deleting etc., you just won't have the admin functions at a team level for those users, and they won't have the Business Class features.  Same for observer, except they won't be able to do anything but view the board (commenting/voting can be enabled for observers).
