Non-shared board is suddenly closed. How can I reopen it?

Pretty much the question above. I only use Trello as a simple kanban-board for myself. I still have access to other also non-sjared boards, but not the main one I use. 

The info I get is that it was closed and only the board adsmin can reopen it. Again, I am the only person using the board.

Any ideas?
