I'm trying to reset the password for this account m.coffetti@carimali.com but I'm not receiving the email.

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving you password reset emails. Due to the nature of your issue I would recommend you follow this up directly with Trello support to get this resolved as soon as possible for you.
