So just received the update from Trello & Atlassian about the change in categories.  Mostly it’s all good given I was gold and I will likely go to the $5 per month per user however, I just looked and it states that I won’t be able to to deactivate users.  I have movement within the team in and out of the business and one, don’t always want them to have access to commercial information and two, don’t want to be paying for them once they leave as I could give that usage to a new person or the like.

I'm not sure what part you are referring to when you you say that it says you won't be able to deactivate users.  Maybe post a screenshot?
