Hi,
We can´t get in to our account "Manager Hjørring" with mail [email address removed for privacy].
We have hired a new manager in our fitnesscenter, and because our old manager worked with 2 step login (using his mobile) now our new manager can´t get in.
Can we reset the account so our new manager can get access?

Because 2-step verification involves account security, we can't reset it here in the public Community.
If you still have access to the account's email inbox, you can trigger a recovery email. Go to the Trello login page, enter your credentials, and when prompted for the code, click Can’t use your phone? and then Can’t find your recovery key? to send a recovery link to your inbox.
Alternatively, if this is a company account, your Atlassian organization admin can reset 2FA for you directly under Directory ➔ Managed accounts.
If neither option works, you'll need to contact Atlassian Support privately so they can securely verify account ownership. For your privacy, please make sure not to post any email addresses here in the forum.
