New card creation with simultaneous description

One of the most annoying features of Trello is the apparent inability to create a new card and also give it a description at the same time. I must create the card then go back in and enter the data.

I would expect there to be some add-on that fixes this missing feature but haven't been able to locate one.

Are there currently any solutions to this missing feature? Thanks for you help!

When you have finished the card title, instead of just pressing Enter, to just complete the card creation and add it to your list straight away, press Shift + Enter instead. This will open the back of the card for you so you can add whatever other details you want to it.

This key combination works to open the card if you are navigating around the board with keyboard rather than mouse too - once a card is highlighted, Shift + Enter opens it.
