Welcome to Trello Community!
Unfortunately, we don't have any specific customisations for real estate workflows. The core Trello product is designed to be a collaboration tool for the masses and users can set up their Boards with different power-ups, automation and templates to meet their workflow. I do think it's a good idea to have pre-set configurations for different industries, I'll create a new feature request to let our Product teams know you're interested in this.
The closest thing we have at the moment is a library of templates (mainly contributed to by third parties) which has a simple template for real estate: https://trello.com/templates/sales/real-estate-organization-Uw4mr5b8
