Need help changing linked email to my account.

I'm logged into my account on my trello app but when i log on the website, it asks me to confirm my email address the only problem is i lost access to this email account roughly 18 months ago.  Theres no phone number i can contact and when i try to raise a support ticket it ask me for my  "site URL of your app" but I have no idea what this is.
