Need help. I am totally lost after 1 hour with trello

I need to become with project managment software soom as I will need to guide students manage their web development project using a project managment software. So far I have not been able to even create a project. What is most annoying is that the chatbot is that the chatbot within the system tells me to click on buttons that I can't find' In fact that only button I found was Project but when I was take to the appropirate page, all of the contents were disabled.

Anyone able to help me?

I'm not sure what you mean by this, especially as Trello doesn't have a chatbot. Can you elaborate on the issue you're facing with Trello?
