Hi, i need access to a closed board. My old colleague who has quit working with us is the owner of it, and doesnt answer our contact attempts. How do we do?

Hi @Nicolas Lowe - welcome to the Community!

If the sole admin of the board cannot open it for you, are you a member of the Workspace the board sits in? If so, you can start a Premium free trial on the Workspace the board sits in, which will make you an admin of the Workspace, which (in Premium) will allow you to administrate all boards in the Workspace. This means you can reopen this board.

You can start a free trial at https://trello.com/free-trial

Unfortunately if you are not a member of the Workspace the board sits in, and none of your colleagues are, the only person who can reopen the board is its admin.

Hi @Nicolas Lowe - I can see you're an Enterprise user, can you reach out to your admins about this? I would be happy to share their details privately if you need.
