Hello Team,

In our JIRA Project we have  department name "ABC" is being used in multiple dropdown fields, now we have to rename that word "ABC" to "XYZ" where it is being used in entire project, is there any lookup tab or replacement options available ?

Please suggest some possible solution

No, there's no way to do that.  Your administrators will need to go into the config of each field and rename the options using the old department name one-by-one

Note that doesn't mean doing anything in the project or its issues.  Select list field options are stored on issues as references.  The names you see on options are display labels.   When you see something like "Cat" selected on an issue, the database really holds 10011 on the issue, and for display, goes back to the custom field and says "what do I show to the humans when an issue says 10011?".  The field responds "Cat".  If your admins edit the field option to say "Lion" instead of cat, the next time someone looks at the issue, Jira asks "what do I show to the humans for 10011?", and gets told "Lion".
