Não consigo inserir comentário em uma lista

Não consigo encontrar a ABA para alterar as permissões e poder permitir comentários conforme explicado anteriormente.

Poderiam me ajudar ?

Translation might be a bit off, but it sounds like you want to be able to comment on cards on your board. 

First, you need to make sure you're an admin or member of your board. Observers cannot add comments (unless permissions have been set to allow them to).

Next, you need to make sure your board isn't a Template. Comments are not possible on Template boards.

Third, you should check the permissions on your board to make sure commenting is allowed. You can check commenting permissions by opening up the board's menu, then clicking 'More' > 'Settings' > 'Commenting permissions...'
