Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If your people are logging into the same URL, then one of your admins has changed the settings - possibly deleting or renaming a workspace.

Could you give us a bit more detail than "workspace changed"?  Is your old workspace available?  Is it just the default?  Have you checked all the settings?

I have a few questions - 1) how do I see who the administrator is and/or how do I change the administrator?

2) All of my people log in to the same URL. As of this week the view changed and says we are guest of Hance Hardy's workspace, it's never done that before.

Let me know how to change / fix.

The easiest way to identify your admins is mostly "ask another human".

Go to any board you're uncertain of, and look at the user icons at the top right.  Board Admins will have a couple of blue arrows on their profile picture.  You may need to click on the + to the right to expose all the board users.

Board admins will almost certainly know who the overall admin is.

How do I change the admin? The person that was the admin no longer works for our company?

Yes, this happens sometimes.  A workspace admin only administrator the workspace (they may have many of them).  Often, they are also a "site" admin, but not always.

You need to talk to your site admins - these are the people managing your user accounts and also responsible for paying the bills.  They can add/change/delete all of your workspace admins, even if they are not workspace admins themselves.

When in your position, you need to go a layer up - ask your site admins to grant the admin access you need.  If you can't do that, then the next step is to ask Atlassian to identify your admins, or grant you admin rights so that you can fix it all./

I want to be clear about my opinion on where you are - it's not good, it's going to take a lot to sort out, and it absolutely is not your fault.  Someone else has dumped you in it, probably inadvertently, and there are a load of other Trello (and other Atlassian systems) admins who would like to meet up and buy you a drink for having to go through it!

I am the person that manages the users accounts and pays the bills. I'm not sure what that has to do with fixing my problem. I am new to Trello and asking for assistance. I'm asking Atlassian to identify my admins and give me help to change them.

I think this is something that really needs to go to Atlassian now, please do that (and let us know how it works out)
