My team's Trello boards are extremely slow. Can anyone help diagnose a problem/offer a solution? We are worried there are too many Trello cards and the system can't handle this large amount and is causing loading delays.

Hi @Sarah Brough Can you provide more details about the slowness you're experiencing? 

  • What browser and operating system are you using to access Trello? 
  • What specific actions within Trello are slow? for examples, does it just take a long time for a board or card to load, or are you also noticing slowness when editing fields on a card, etc. 
  • Do you notice the slowness across every single board? or only on some? 
  • Does your team use a VPN or other local network?
